Telephony Office-LinX is a business productivity tool; the Visual Voice mail service allows users to spend less time checking voicemail, and more time closing deals. The service enhances CRM because names, numbers and calls are all stored and searchable via The TOL web client and Synced to popular email platforms such as MS exchange and Google applications. Being able to respond to time sensitive voicemail as quickly as possible will increase productivity and revenue. Telephony Office-LinX is integrated with all Major phone systems and business applications such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce.com, etc.
Visual Voice Messaging – Voice Recognition Services help businesses
Voice-to-text transcription is becoming one of the more useful technology tools available to businesses of all sizes. Now, reading your voice mail is quickly becoming the “gotta have” features for cell phones, Blackberry®, Treo™, Windows® Mobile and laptops.
How it Works
Esnatech Visual Voice Mail Services works when a Telephony Office-LinX user receives a voice message at their office. The message is sent through the voice recognition process powered by PhoneTag™. A text version of the message is generated, which is then sent, along with the original recorded wave file to the user’s voice mailbox, which is instantly synchronized with their e-mail, mobile phone, or just left as a text message. The entire voice-to-text process takes between 2-5 minutes, depending on the length of the message.
Benefits to Business
